Dinner is served in the recently refurbished romantic candlelit dining room with views over the gardens and the Cairngorm mountains beyond. 

Guests are invited to have pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the lounge or drawing room before Dinner - also make a selection from our comprehensive wine list

Elaine MacDonald-Coulter leads the kitchen, offering classic dishes such as Pan Fried Moray Scallops, Seared Rump of Highland Lamb and Roast Haunch of Roe Deer, not to mention an indulgent array of puddings - chefs recipes
