5	2	EIKENDAL Sparkling Brut - This is a dry sparkler with a fine, effervescent mousse, Fresh, green apple, grass and earthy aromas carry through from nose to palate, revealing the wine’s Sauvignon Blanc origins. 6	2	VIOGNIER, Vin de Pays d’Oc, Baron Philippe de Rothschild - A medium bodied fruity dry white with a rich tropical fruit palate and good body. 20	2	ALBARINO LAGAR DE CERVERA, Riax Biaxas - Albarino: the hot new grape in Madrid bars. This wonderfully frisky grape is grown in the remote backwaters of Rias Biaxas in North West Spain. Crisp and dry with ripe tropical fruits and a refreshing long finish. –GM-	2002	£16.00
21	B	TEMPRANILLO, Quintana - This tempranillo is as good as most Rioja Crianzas, exhibiting great structure, colour and depth of flavour. A good partner to most foods or on its own. –IV	2002	£15.95
22	D	RIOJA GRAN RESERVA, Bodegas Lagunilla - The finest Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes were carefully vinified and after long barrel and bottle maturation the wine has developed great elegance, complexity and a prolonged aftertaste. A fine partner for meat and game.-IE-	1998/9	£29.50
23	D	CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Mas La Plana - A world-class Cabernet Sauvignon with voluptuous rich red and black fruits and spices, supported by ripe, smooth tannins on the full finish. Miguel Torres established this wine in the 1960’s and it really came to notice in the 1970’s when it was voted top wine in a blind tasting which included top Bordeaux reds. 30	1	SEMILLON, ‘The Creel’, Capercaillie Wine Company - A dry white wine with crisp citrus acidity which makes an excellent accompaniment to shellfish and fish. 38	D	MERLOT ORANGE HIGHLANDS, Capercailie Winery - The high altitude Orange district in New South Wales always produces, elegant wines packed with varietal flavour. 39	2	SAUVIGNON BLANC The Crossings - Bright with pale yellow and green hue. Powerful aromas of passion fruit and lime with herbal notes. Stone fruit, underpinned by zesty acidity and a lovely flinty finish - classic Marlborough sauvignon. –VE-	2004	£21.50
40	2	PINOT GRIS Babich Marlborough - A bright pale-straw yellow colour, with a touch of spiciness, ripe pear and underlying honeyed sweetness on the nose. The pear follows through to the palate accompanied by peach and apricot, with a crisp, fresh, lingering finish. –GM-	2004	£26.50
41	2	RIESLING, Babich Marlborough - Lime and lemon lead the bouquet followed by mineral/floral notes and a hint of apple. The palate is focused and long, embellished with suggestions of apple, lime, mineral notes and a touch of orange – an elegant wine with linear mouth-feel and a refreshing finish. –GM-	2003	£26.50
42	2	OAK AGED SAUVIGNON BLANC, Founders Reserve - A superb food wine. A proportion of the final blend was fermented in French oak and then spent three months on the lees. The result is a wine with an attractive slightly honeyed nose. Grapefruit and pineapple on the palate with balanced harmonious oak on the finish. A full-bodied wine with compatible palate weight and length. -FW-	2004	£34.50
43	3	GEWURZTRAMINER RESERVE Babich Winemakers - A perfumed nose redolent with rose and lychee, leads on to a richly flavoured, spicy palate. The pure fruit flavour and a good acid/sugar balance give an off-dry feel and contribute to the lingering finish. –GM-	2002	£36.00
44	C	MERLOT/CABERNET, HARMONY, Hanmer Junction - The wine is very well balanced and can be enjoyed with food or simply as a refreshing alcoholic beverage. A medium fruitier style of wine. -FW-	2002	£18.50
45	C	PINOT NOIR, Waipara, Hanmer Junction - Lighter style with different components that will gain complexity with time. Maturation was, in French oak barriques to produce a distinctive ripe berry fruit character enhanced with spicy oak.-FW-	2001	£29.95

57	3	VIOGNIER Reserve, Castillo Viejo Catamayor - The delicate aromas of lychees and peach introduce the wild honey and stone fruit flavours. 64	D	SYRAH, Columbia Winery - Deep ruby red. Attractive black cherry and berry fruit with smoky, meaty undertones. Expansive in the palate with ripe tannins and sweet fruit. Excellent balance should allow this wine to age gracefully.-FW-	2001	£34.00
65	D	ZINNIA ZINFANDEL, Russian River- Deep dark purple colour, an explosive aroma of wild blackberries and cherries complimented on the palate by a soft velvety, distinguished sensation, a powerful wine yet still elegant and restrained. –IV-	2004	£36.00

74	2	CHARDONNAY, Nativa, Carmen Estates - A rich, dry white made from low yielding organically grown fruit picked at night to retain freshness. Some barrel ageing has added complexity and texture.-IE-	2001/2	£22.00
